What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through Paypal. No Paypal account needed. Easy access to your tracking and order information.

What is your  Whole Sale minimum order? 

Our minimum order is on a client to client basis.

Payment and Shipping:

How soon will I get my order?

Orders will ship within 1 to 3 days of processing.

Out of stock items will be noted on your invoice.  If paying by credit card, you will not be charged for these items until they ship.

If you need your order by a certain date beyond the 1 to 3 day window, please let us know.

How will my order be delivered?

Whenever possible, we ship via the Fedex ,UPS., utilizing a state-of-the-art computerized tracking system.

 

  • UPS: Since UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, we need your physical address.

  • U.S.P.S. If your order must be shipped to a P.O. Box, then your order will be shipped via U.S.P.S. However there is never any free freight allowed on USPS orders.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Orders from our website are sent to our secure server using the standard SSL protocol. SSL is the industry standard for secure transactions. It encrypts your order so that it cannot be read, making it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet.

​Returns & Refunds

Yes. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in new condition within 7 days.* Please include a copy of your invoice with items highlighted that are being returned. Please include a reason for return, i.e., broken, wrong style, etc. . For your protection, return your package insured by U.S. mail. All refunds will be placed back onto the credit card used at the time of purchase within seven (7) days upon receipt of the return merchandise. *. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and when items sold by the flat/box/bag are returned, the entire flat must be returned. No credit will be issued for partial flats/box/bag returned.

 

What if I haven't received my order yet? 

If you supplied us with your e-mail address and the ship to address is a physical address (not a P.O. box), you will receive an e-mail when we shipped your order with the following information:

  • Date of Shipping 

  • Tracking Number 

  • Estimated Day of Delivery 

 E-mail us at sales@crystalsandjewleryemporium.com. Please have your order number ready and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

Alternately, you may track your order directly from Paypal website using your order number in any of the UPS tracking boxes located around the site, or call UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS. Give the operator your tracking number and they will be able to track your package.
